The launcher fires three very small missiles into the air above you, as you choose a target on the machine, they hover above you. Once the target(s) have been selected within range, the missiles lock-on to their targets and go to their target(s) with extreme prejudice, dealing 1d4+1 force damage to the target(s). The missiles all strike at the same exact time. You may direct the missiles to hit one creature or several.

At higher levels: When supercharged, for each power level above first the device fires an additional missile.
