2-level Enchantment
The caster utters a word of power that causes intense suffering. The target must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save the target takes 2d10 psychic damage and have disadvantage on their next attack roll.
At higher levels: The spell can be cast as a level 4 spell to cause the target to take 3d10 psychic damage and have disadvantage on their next two attack rolls, level 6 for 4d10 psychic damage and disadvantage on the next three attack rolls, or level 9 for 6d10 psychic damage and disadvantage on all attack rolls for the next minute.
