3-level Abjuration
The caster manipulates the magical aura of the target, causing a feedback of magical power. If the target is affected by beneficial or harmful magical effects, these effects are dispelled and the target either takes 1d3 force damage and 1d3 psychic damage or is healed 1d4 health points per spell level + the total number of spells by which they are affected. Cantrips count as level 0 spells.
