{"name":"Ettinor","overview":"[p]The Ettinor, created by @[Estrea](person:d18fc3aa-3eed-4e20-8361-a85d1dcb5509), were gifted with enormous strength and imposing size and were originally intended to hunt and kill the creatures that the dark god, @[Emir](person:fde60832-ccf6-402a-83ad-44ba085fe46f) unleashed on Aellorah. The Ettinor would go on to form the hunting group known as @[The Bone Collectors](organization:2d43f92e-98f0-4e47-83ab-55d315ccaea2), which hunts the monsters that prey on the other races of Aellorah and uses their bones to craft specialized equipment.[\/p]\r\n[p]Ettinor originated in @[Gothir](location:a1641aed-699b-4f95-b82f-21f89160de3e), but by that point, the other races of Aellorah had settled parts of northern [i]Gothir[\/i] and greeted them. The Ettinor were initially feared because of their appearance and because they practice cannibalism, but when their bloodlust for monster hunting subsides, they can display a serene calm. The @[Letheni](species:e047f140-3a31-4289-b990-cb7f82aac7de) especially do not get along with the Ettinor, seeing them as monstrous savages, and the @[Vesperkin](species:84c07b4c-a1fa-4dd3-828b-6a3c2d5aa9d5) do not get along with them because the Ettinor treat them like children, condescending to them. But in time, most adapted and welcomed the Ettinor as children of the @[Seven Sisters](organization:61758995-0918-429c-ad98-caed6bc9b599).[\/p]\r\n[p]Ever since @[The Spellscar](location:2c801b55-2c5a-43a8-913e-3fe6db7ec50c) eruption in [i]Gothir[\/i], many of the Ettinor have migrated to the [i]Esterburn Highlands[\/i] region of @[Arak](location:4a13f30c-bf8f-4403-9d65-f884b817fa94). Many still reside in [i]Gothir[\/i], but the ever advancing horde of @[Bakari](species:d674b680-ef80-43f3-aabe-31b0ede79db2) has made life in [i]Gothir[\/i] extremely inhospitable, and not all Ettinor crave violence.[\/p]\r\n[p]The Ettinor inherited the divine domains of [i]Death[\/i] and [i]Winter[\/i], and one other domain dependent on their subrace.[\/p]","image_id":"7458874","ability_score_increase":"Your Strength score increases by 2.","age":"The Ettinor live the shortest lives on Aellorah, ranging from 40 to 50 years.
