Bringing the Sapphire Currents forth from the Aether as a sudden burst of actual water that douses the effected area, drenching a large area all around the target, and immediately putting out the target fire. Furthermore any attempt to utilize Ruby Magick in the area is quite difficult, dealing [roll:1d6] cold damage to any who attempt to weave any sort of Ruby Magick within the area.
