This has one of two set effects based on the type of spell-form;[br]\r\n[br]\r\n[ul][li]If the spell-form they were weaving was a single target spell-form, you choose the target and the spell-form still operates as normal. This includes any spell-form that has you select multiple targets, that is still in fact a single target spell.[\/li][br]\r\n[br]\r\n[li]If the spell-form they were attempting to weave is an area of effect spell, then instead you simply throw the energy back into them. They take [roll:2d6] cold damage\/Tier of the spell-form they were attempting to weave, and must make a Fortitude Save, which if they fail, they gain the Slow (1) Condition.[\/li][\/ul][br]\r\n[br]\r\nHowever as this is a counter-weave type effect it isn't guaranteed successful. If the tier of effect they were trying to cast is higher than the Tier of Reversing Flows you cast instead of the above listed effects. So long as your Tier of Reversing Flows is equal to or higher than the Tier they were trying to cast, you get the full benefits of the spell-form as noted above.[br]\r\n[br]\r\n[i]Tier -1:[\/i] Fail to cast, roll a Minor Miscast.[br]\r\n[i]Tier 0:[\/i] Fail to cast[br]\r\n[i]Tier II:[\/i] Built into the spell-form in regards to how easy it is to hard counter\/redirect.[br]\r\n[i]Tier III:[\/i] Built into the spell-form in regards to how easy it is to hard counter\/redirect.","jsondata":"","tags":"Aquamancy, Reversing Flows","templateId":"4003","blockId":"1480972","world":"9ebe8bbc-a3dd-42b1-92a7-5aa224c2693f","folder":"32522","isShared":"on"}
