The tesla coil manipulator lets out a large crackling source of lightning at a nearby creature within range of the device. Make a ranged spell attack against the target. On a hit, the target takes 1d10 Lightning damage. It also knocks the target back 5 feet on a successful hit.

At higher levels: The device creates more than one lightning bolt: two bolts at level 5, three bolts at level 11, four bolts at 17th level. You may direct the separate bolts at different targets or the same target. Make a separate ranged attack roll for each bolt.
