Materials: An empty supercharged battery
Duration: Concentration, Concentration: Up to 1 minute
Once the drained supercharged battery is inserted into the machine, you designate a target and a blue lance of energy fires forth from the machine at the target. Make a ranged spell attack against the creature. On a successful hit, a sustained arc of lightning is formed between the machine and the creature and the creature takes 1d12 lightning damage.
For each of your turns during the duration of the sustained arc, you may use your action to automatically deal an additional 1d12 lightning damage.
The sustained arc is broken if you perform any other action than dealing the lightning damage. The arc is also broken if the enemy creature moves out of the range of the machine or if they move into total cover.
If the Siphoner is able to deal a total of 50 damage or greater before the arc is broken, then the supercharged battery is recharged. Else, the battery remains empty.
At higher levels: When supercharged, for each power level above first the initial damage is increased by 1d12. Available for: Internal Security Agent
