Duration: Concentration, Concentration: Up to 1 hour

When you touch the gadget to a non-anomalous weapon it activates. For the duration of the effect, the weapon becomes empowered with a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls.

At higher levels: When supercharged, if the supercharged power level is level 4 or higher, the bonus increases to +2. If the power level is level 6 or higher, the bonus increases to +3.
