Choose one creature within range which you can see. When you aim the cannon at a creature, its barrel begins to spin and a pink, purple, and neon green energy permeates the barrel. Upon release, the energy flies through the air and surrounds the creature of choice. The creatures then must begin comically dancing in place: shuffling, tapping with feet, capering, etc. for the duration. Creatures which are immune to being charmed cannot be effected by this machine. Dancing creatures must use all of their movement to dance, and may not leave its space. They have disadvantage on DEX saving throws and attack rolls for the duration. In addition, other creatures have advantage on attack rolls against the creature. As an action, the dancing creature may attempt a WIS saving throw to regain control of itself. On a successful save, the machine's effects end.
