You press the button on this box-like device and it releases Cognitohazards into the minds of all creatures within range besides yourself. Creatures who experience a cognitohazard must make an INT saving throw. Upon a failure, they take 10d8 psychic damage and are knocked incapacitated for one hour. Upon a success, they take half damage and are not knocked incapacitated. Creatures knocked incapacitated by this effect may re-do the saving throw at the beginning of each of their successive turns. Upon a success, the effect ends.

At higher levels: When supercharged for each gadget slot above seventh, the damage increases by 2d8.
