Greg's Eradicator in Dungeons & Dragons 5e

Greg's Eradicator

8-level Evocation

Casting Time: 1 action
Range/Area: Varies
Components: Verbal, Somatic, Material
Materials: A handful of phosphorus
Duration: 1 minute
You may set the eradicator to either of the following firing settings:
  • 120-foot long, 5-foot wide line
  • 60-foot cone
Either way, it originates from you and you may choose a direction to fire in. Upon firing the machine, it expels a huge maw of combustion, enflaming anything in the area. Creatures found in the area of effect must make a DEX saving throw. Upon a failed save, they take 6d6 fire damage and 6d6 force damage. Upon a successful save, they take half as much damage.   For any creature which is not wearing clothes which grants resistance or immunity to fire, they are ignited and take an additional 4d6 fire damage.
