Overview & Creation

Stories of rebellions, heroes, and of the oppressed are powerful; they hold lessons of history, philosophy, and of revolution. Bards of the College of Liberty seek the stories of untold heroes and of those who champion the downtrodden. In their search for such tales, they often find themselves being the very thing they search to uncover.

Class Features

Bonus Proficiencies

When you join the College of Liberty at 3rd level, you gain proficiency with medium armor, shields, and martial weapons.

Heroic Inspiration

When you grant a creature a Bardic Inspiration die, you can choose up to a number equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum of one) other creatures that you can see and they add a bonus of +2 to one ability check, attack roll, or saving throw it makes. The bonus increases when your each certain levels in this class, increasing to +4 at 5th level, +6 at 10th level, and +8 at 15th level.

Extra Attack

Starting at 6th level, you can attack twice, instead of once, whenever you take the Attack action on your turn.

Champion's Inspiration

Starting at 14th level, whenever you grant a creature a Bardic Inspiration die, they also gain temporary HP equal to your 12 + your Charisma modifier, additionally they can use +8 instead of the number they rolled on the Bardic Inspiration die.
